Return Policy

We hope you love your EIRYS purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, tariffs and other import charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
