Every EIRYS order is packed by hand in Ojai, California.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Standard Shipping — $9.95 flat, any order size. Delivery typically arrives 3–7 business days after dispatch.

A note on how fragrance travels

Illumina is an alcohol-based fragrance, which carriers classify as a regulated material. It must travel by ground — expedited and overnight air service isn't available for perfume, from us or from anyone. We pack each bottle in a sealed protective enclosure to make the journey a safe one.

International

International shipping isn't available yet. Fragrance carries import restrictions that vary considerably from country to country, and we'd rather open a destination properly than promise one we can't serve.

Order tracking

A tracking number arrives by email the moment your order is dispatched. If it hasn't appeared within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder, then write to us at connect@eirysbeauty.com and we'll look into it.

If something arrives damaged

Glass travels well until it doesn't. If your order arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect, please write to us within 7 days of delivery at connect@eirysbeauty.com with your order number and a photograph of the parcel and its contents. We'll replace it or refund it in full — no return required.

Returns

Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with the outer seal intact.

For reasons of safety and hygiene, opened fragrance cannot be accepted for return or resale. Once a bottle has been unsealed, the sale is final. We know that's a real ask when a scent is unfamiliar — which is why we'd always rather you write to us before ordering than after.

How to begin a return

Write to connect@eirysbeauty.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us; fragrance requires specific ground-only handling, and returns sent without instructions may be refused in transit.

What's refunded

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the price of the product to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping ($9.95) is non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

We carry a single fragrance, so we don't offer exchanges. If a bottle arrives damaged, see above — we'll replace it directly.
